Maderas
Our professional career also included experiences in Chile, where we supervised a training project for teachers and apprentices working at wood working machines. We still have happy memories of this important experience, which is also reflected in the name of our company: Maderas being Spanish for “wood”. There couldn’t be a better name for our company!
100 years of experience
On 1st February 2000 we took over the well-established Wilhelm Weinholz GmbH & Co. KG company after the retirement of Gerald Weinholz, the former owner, profiting from decades of experience in massive wood working to expand our know-how.
This takeover also involved 6 members of the Wilhelm Weinholz GmbH & Co KG staff. And we now have a staff of 30 members combining 100 years’ history with state-of-the-art technological innovation and modern business management.
Progress and improvement
We are striving to combine the tradition of Wilhelm Weinholz GmbH & Co. KG with new impulses, trends and modern ideas to master even the most complex tasks. In the year our company was founded, we already renovated the heating system with a sawdust silo and modernized the available machinery. Other important acquisitions were the Conturex system and the 5-axis CNC machining centre.
Our work is always characterized by past and present alike. And our aim has always been to supply optimum solutions to our renowned customers – coming from all areas of industry and crafts.
